Prof Leong commented that in the project risk we should list down items which are specific to the project and the project milestone should be displayed using a gantt chart so that it is easy to visualise how long each sub task will take and which of them can be carried out in parallel.
The presentation will be done next week after Dr Bouque's talk. The presentation will be a short 15min summary of the items in the project plan, notable the sections on the what the is project about, goal and relevance of the project and the current state of the art in the field.
Prof Leong suggest that we should follow a top-down approach when giving talks and he suggests that we make use of more diagrams and pictures to make the talk more interesting.
